We are vigilant about the safety of our students. Staff and parents/guardians share the responsibility to create and harbor a safe school environment.
Students are not permitted to leave the school grounds before dismissal, unless the parent/guardian and the principal or her designee grant their approval.
All visitors are required to check in at the main office and state the purpose of their visit; staff and students are expected to report any unknown persons on campus.
When a parent/guardian comes to school to pick up a student during the school day, they must go to the office and sign out the student. The person signing out the student must show a picture ID and must be listed on the student's registration card.
Note: Identification of any person taking a child from school is required. In the case of divided families, a parent who does not have physical custody of the child may not remove the child from school without consent of the custodial parent.
